Team Lead IT Services & DevOps

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage our IT Services and DevOps team. You will be responsible for the technical direction of our infrastructure, mentoring team members, and ensuring the reliability of our platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Manage and optimize cloud and bare-metal infrastructure
• Ensure 99.99% uptime SLA for all production systems
• Collaborate with development teams on infrastructure requirements
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures
• Drive infrastructure as code practices using Terraform

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English

Nice to Have

• Experience with PostgreSQL administration
• Knowledge of bare-metal server management
• Certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
